Betty Jean Futch, 90, passed away peacefully on April 4th, 2023 in Daytona Beach, Florida. She is survived by her husband of nearly 70 years, Russell Futch, her three daughters, Dixie Donato of Orlando, Florida, Burma Futch King and her husband Randy King of Hancock County, Georgia, Lisa Stanton and her husband Timmy Stanton of Covington, Georgia, her four grandchildren, Savannah Stanton and her husband Chris, Chandler Stanton, Samantha Steiner, and Brittany Normand and Misti Blu, her Pomeranian and loyal companion. She was preceded by her brother Jimmy Hudson and his wife Barbara Hudson.

Jean was born on February 18th, 1933 in Camilla, Georgia to parents James Austin Hudson Sr. and Jeanette Shiver Hudson. Jean devoted her life to loving and supporting her 3 children and spoiling her 4 grandchildren. She loved to host family gatherings where she cooked good southern meals and created lasting memories.
