Jean C King (71) of Leesburg, FL passed away peacefully at home on Feb.10,2019. Jean was born on April 22, 1947 in Fall River, MA to Oscar & Louise Valcourt. After graduating from Nursing School in Indiana, she returned home to MA to pursue a nursing career. Jean loved the great outdoors, and spent many weekends camping on the beaches in MA, her favorite past time was oil painting in which the beaches inspired many of her paintings. Upon her retirement as a Med Nurse from the Taunton State Hospital she moved to Leesburg, FL. She will always be remembered as a loving compassionate caring person. Jean is predeceased by her parents Oscar & Louise Valcourt, her siblings, Oscar, Norman, Cecil Rego, Doris Butrum, Claire Hancock, Theresa Furtado & Joyce Valcourt, her loving pets, Meow, Rusty, Snapper, Tiffany & Sammy. She is survived by her Husband Arthur P King, several nieces, nephews, & great nieces and nephews.
