Jeffrey Alan Sawicki, 68, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family after a short but hard fought battle with cancer.

Jeff was born in Chicago, IL to Steven and Helen Sawicki then moved to Florida at the age of 5 years old. He has remained an avid bears, cubs and white sox fan.

He was a graduate of Bishop Moore high school and went on to attend college at both USF and UCF.

Jeff, along with his wife, Cindy and their son, Jeffrey was a successful business owner in real estate and property appraisals.

Jeff was a devout catholic and attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Mount Dora, Florida

He really enjoyed spending time with his family and really loved Christmas time the most. His hobbies include his love for music, classic car shows and his 69' Ford Mustang Mach 1, boating, grilling and watching "da bears!."

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Helen and his father, Steven, and his beloved Yorkie-Poo, Sandi.

Jeff is survived by his devoted and loving wife Cindy (who he affectionately called "Cin") of 45 years, his only son, Jeffrey Martin (April Sawicki), his daughter Lori Stevens (Scott Stevens) two grandsons, Robert Brandon Foote and Bryson Alan Sawicki, his granddaughter, Bailee Grace Barakat and his great grandson, Maverick Lee Foote.

He was a loving husband, father and proud grandfather, affectionately called "Poppy" by his grandchildren.

Jeff will be greatly missed by all who knew him, including his extended family and friends.

A small graveside service for family and friends will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 12 Noon at Highland Memorial Gardens, Apopka, Florida.
