Jeffrey David Spencer, 52, of Ormond, Beach, Florida, passed from this life surrounded by his father and brothers on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 8:55am. He was born on August 20, 1970 at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida to Forest Duane Spencer and Janet Dorothy Spencer.

Jeffrey was predeceased by his mother Janet Spencer, and his grandfather Albert Jacob. He is survived by his father, Forest D. Spencer of Ormond Beach, his brother Jerry Alan Spencer of Ormond Beach, and his uncle Raymond Jacob of Rehoboth, Massachusetts. His brother, Kenneth Dean Spencer followed him in death on April 11, 2023. Services will be held at 4:00pm Sunday April 23 at the Holly Hill Church of Christ, 1725 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, FL 32117.
