Jennifer Lee Erpelding, age 77 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024.

She was born on January 6, 1947, in Charles City, the daughter of Maurice and Geraldine Butler.

Jennie was a graduate of Nesco, Zearing, Iowa and attended Ellsworth Junior College in Iowa Falls. Jennie worked for the Waterloo Schools for 14 years. She retired from Principal Financial Group after 15 years of employment. She was a member of the South Orlando Baptist Church, in Orlando, Florida.

Jennie was united in marriage to Douglas Erpelding, November 14, 1970. Jennie enjoyed being a mom to son, Jason and being a grandma to Drew and Cade Erpelding. She spent her time trying new adventures when she first moved to Florida. She loved being with family, playing games, volunteering at church or doing whatever was needed.

Jennie is survived by her husband, Douglas Erpelding; son, Jason and daughter-in-law, Anne Erpelding; grandson's, Drew and Cade Erpelding; sister, Dona (don) Wildeboer, Wendell Erpelding, Bruce (Jan) Erpelding, Margaret Strozensky and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service for Jennifer will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January, 25, 2025 in the Prayer and Praise Garden at the First Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida with David Crowe officiating. All those wishing to attend may meet at the church.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice or directed to the family.
