Jennifer Lane Thomas, born on May 28, 1974 in Belleville, IL passed away on September 18, 2024 at her home in Florida at age 50.  She graduated from Illinois Math and Science Academy in Aurora, IL and attended Northwestern University as an engineering student and member of the equestrian team.  She graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in electrical engineering.

Jenn was a life-long horse lover.  When she moved to Florida without a horse of her own, she volunteered at a horse rescue ranch and led trail rides through The Ocala National Forest.  Jenn was employed as office manager at Mott Building Services in Leesburg, Florida.

She is survived by her parents, Barbara & Charlie Thomas, brother chip (Stacie), nephew Charlie and niece Madeline.
