Jeremy was born on October 16, 1979, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was a graduate of Mariner High School and received a baseball scholarship to Tusculum College in Greenville, Tennessee.

Jeremy is survived by his Grandmother Marion Hughes of Enid OK, his father Michael Hughes of Fairview, OK, his Mother Amy Davies of Monticello, FL, his sister Nicole Hughes or Ft. Myers, FL, and his two children Jackson Hughes and Aubree Worley-Hughes of Fairview, OK.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his Grandfather Ray Hughes of Enid, OK, and Grandmother and Grandfather Gordon and Dorothea Parker of Cheyenne, WY.

Funeral Services are going to be handled by Anderson Burris Funeral Home in Enid, OK.
