Jerome "Jerry" Bowers passed away peacefully on October 9, 2019 in a rehab center in Inverness. Jery lived in Homosassa where his wife Carol now survives. Jerry was a mechanical engineer by trade .Jerry was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in April of 1955 serving during the Korean War. Jerry will be laid to rest on Friday November 8, at 11:30 at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell. U.S. Army military honors will be provided at his services.
