Jerome Vitale, 81, of Indian Rocks Beach, FL passed away on the 31st of July 2026. He is survived by his wife, Emily Palmer Vitale; daughter, Jenny Ann Vitale; granddaughter, Isabella Vitale; brother, John Vitale (Marie); sister, Marianne Vitale (Al); and sister-in-law, Rhonda Vitale; as well as many loving cousins, nephews, and nieces. He has joined his parents and his brothers, Nicholas, Vincent, and James.

Jerome was an Army Veteran. He was born in Staten Island, New York where he was a bus operator for the Metropolitan Transit Authority for twenty plus years. He was also an avid racquetball player. Eventually, he retired to Florida and became the owner of a breakfast/ lunch restaurant, known as Vitale’s Vittles. In his spare time, Jerome enjoyed fishing, boating, and traveling with his family and friends. Love from many until we meet again.
