Joan L. Estes, 82, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away on November 15, 2018. She was born on October 7,

1936, to Richard and Verla Dietsch. Joan was a 1953 graduate of Waite High School. She was married to the love of her life, Ernie, for 62 wonderful years. She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed cooking, sewing and cleaning. Joan delighted in music and dancing, playing cards and games, and solving puzzles. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who will be missed forever.

Joan is survived by her daughters, Belinda (Jerry) Conrad, Verla Cole, Brenda Estes, Jenniffer (Terry)

Drinkwater, and Dawn (Thomas) Groll; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard

Dietsch. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sisters, Clair Ann Brown and Dixie Antunes.

A private prayer service is being held by the family.  In late Spring, a celebration of life service will be planned for friends and family.
