Joanne Rose Devine, 86, of Daytona Beach, FL passed away on February 26, 2016 at the Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL. She was born on April 11, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Lou and Florence (Blaha) Weber. Joanne worked as a housekeeper. She is survived by her five daughters, Renee Dodick, Lynne Belt, Jamie Devine, Jody Thompson, and Tracie Mannarino; her two sons, BJ Devine and Dino Devine; her 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and her two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William J. Devine. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Baldwin Brothers Funerals and Cremations, Port Orange, FL.
