Joe A. Chapman, 71, of Daytona Beach Shores, passed away on November 7 at Halifax Medical Center. A native of Greenfield, Ohio, Joe moved to this area in 2014 from Beaufort, NC. He co-owned Crist- Chapman Builders, Inc., in Raleigh, NC and was a proud veteran of the US Coast Guard. He was also a member of the Optimist Club of Raleigh. Joe leaves behind his beloved wife of 35 years, Ruby Chapman, his brother Larry (Janet) Chapman and his best buddy, Hallie the Wonder Dog. His family will celebrate Joe's life with a service on Saturday, November 11 at 11 am at his church, Daytona Beach Drive-In Christian Church, 3140 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118.
