Joe Truman Baxley, 75, passed away at his residence in Bokeelia, Florida, on May 09, 2021. He was born July 19, 1945 in Lumberton, NC., son of Henry Melvin Baxley and Maybelle Whittington. Joe had worked as an elementary school teacher numerous years prior to retirement. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Baxley (nee Traverse) of Bokeelia, FL.
