John Everett Anshewitz Jr. Born in Boston on February 2, 1941 to the late John and Clara (Simons) Anshewitz, John Everett Anshewitz Jr. 79yrs entered into eternal rest on August 13, 2020. He retired to Ocala FL after 40 years from Gillette in South Boston. Devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather. Fan of all Boston sports. Survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Katherine Joan (Germano) as well as his children Joan and her husband Mac McCauley of Jacksonville FL, John E. Anshewitz III of Epping NH, Robin and her husband Billy King of Warrenville SC, Joseph and his wife Tammy Anshewitz of Quincy, MA, Brothers Richard and his late wife Regina Anshewitz of Quincy MA, James and his late wife Barbara Anshewitz of Carver MA. John was the grandfather of 16 & great grandfather of 20. He is also Uncle to several dear nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son, Tony Anshewitz and grandson, Kyle King. Due to the pandemic, services will be private.
