John D. Beckler, 83, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026.

John was born on September 19, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, to Raymond and Margaret Beckler. He was raised in Fort Myers, Florida, where he attended Tice Elementary and Fort Myers High School.

On March 15, 1967, he married Annie Bell Haynes in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Together, they recently celebrated 59 years of marriage — a testament to their enduring love and commitment.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Beckler, Sr. and Margaret Beckler, and his brothers, Raymond Beckler, Jr. and Bryan Beckler.

He is survived by his loving wife, Annie Beckler; his daughter, Tracey Griffin, and son-in-law, Patrick Griffin; his granddaughter, Tiffany Beaulac, and her husband, Alex Beaulac; and his cherished great-granddaughter, Anya Beaulac.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Hospice Chapel, 2340 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice.
