John D'Addario, age 64, of Daytona Beach, FL passed November 18, 2018. Having been born in Brooklyn, NY, he is preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Dorothy (Griffin) D'Addario and son Eric. He will be lovingly remembered by his son Justin D'Addario and daughter Rachel D'Addario; brothers Steven D'Addario (Roberta), George D'Addario and sister Laura Nedwick; several nieces and nephews.  John's Celebration of Life Service will be held 2pm Saturday, November 24 at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home,  620 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange.
