John David Lee (67) of Deland, FL sadly left us on March 27, 2024. He was born on September 23, 1956, in Jacksonville, Florida to Charles and Mary Ann Lee.

David was a graduate of Seabreeze High School Class of 1974, and from there worked as an operator in the power industry for 43 years. His pride and joy was in being a Poppa to all his grandkids, and he loved taking daily drives.

David is survived by his wife of 23 years, Rebecca Lee, children, Max Lee, Josh Lee, Jessica Lee, Julie (Shane) Murray, Chanae Cepuran, and Chuck (Rori) Hoppe. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Dakota-Lyn, Tyler, Jacob, Ryan, Jace, Jr., and Dante, his mother, Mary Ann Lee, his sister, Linda (Neil) Samuels, and brother, Chuck (Carla) Lee. David was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lee, his sister, Nancy James, and his brother. Tommy (Amy) Lee.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Baldwin Brothers Ormond Beach Chapel, 1185 W. Granada Blvd. #11, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. The Viewing will be held from 2:00pm – 3:00pm, with service at 3:00pm.
