John H. Emigh, age 77, of Clermont, Florida, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022. Born in Port Huron, Michigan, on June 2, 1945.  John graduated from Croswell-Lexington High School with the class of 1963. He was a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Luke in Orlando, FL.  John had a long career in retail and retired with the Kmart Corporation having traveled and managed several stores in Michigan, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and St. Croix, USVI.  John was an avid golfer, he enjoyed traveling, and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents William and Marjorie Emigh and brother, Richard Emigh.  He is survived by his childhood sweetheart and wife of 57 years, Tara; daughter, Bridget Emigh; son, John J. Emigh and his son-in-law Fernando Adriano, of West Orange, NJ; grandsons, Brandon and Bryce Strzelczyk; brother William (Bill) G. Emigh and sister-in-law Gwen Emigh of Port Huron, Michigan; sister Phyllis (Emigh) Andre and brother-in-law George Andre of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; brother-in-law Gary Menefee and numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, December 30 ^th at St. George Episcopal Church, 550 Ridgewood Road, Maplewood, NJ 07040.  Reverend Robert Morris will officiate. Flowers and condolences may be offered at St. George Episcopal Church.
