John Ernst Morgenstern, 81, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on September 15, 2026.

Born August 15, 1945, in Easton, Pennsylvania to John E and Eleanor (Fegley) Morgenstern. John grew up in Phillipsburg, New Jersey and graduated from Phillipsburg High School In 1963 and Northampton Community College. He served in the 1st Air Cavalry Division of the US Army during the Vietnam War.

John married Patricia (Hanzsek) Morgenstern in 1966. He had a long career in manufacturing holding positions in sales and product management in the printing industry. He was a sports enthusiast including baseball, football, motorcycles, and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife, Pat, his sister Wendy (Jim) Mamana, his brother Robert (Patty) Morgenstern, his brother-in-law Rudy (Jane) Hanzsek, four nieces, and four nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents.
