John Charles Mounsey, 63, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on January 19, 2024. Born on March 11, 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, John was a loving and caring individual who cherished his family and his loyal dog. Known for his kind and compassionate nature, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His deep faith in the Lord guided his actions, and he treated everyone he encountered with warmth and kindness.

John is survived by his father, Ed Mounsey, and his mother, Carolyn Mounsey. He also leaves behind his brothers, Dennis Mounsey (wife Cheryl), Terry Mounsey, and Steve Mounsey, as well as his sisters, Patricia Clark (husband Rick) and Theresa Tingue. John will be dearly missed by his 22 nieces and nephews, whose lives he touched in countless ways.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor John's memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to your church in his name. John's commitment to his faith was unwavering, and supporting your church would be a meaningful tribute to his life.
