John was born in Oneida, NY, He came to this area in 1975. John was retired from AT&T and a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and the American Legion.
John is survived by his wife Pamela, children John Perkins, Jr, Brandi Traub, brothers Kenneth Perkins, Jr, Donald Perkins and three grandchildren.
