John Franklin Snelling, 83, of Tavares passed away on January 17, 2020.  He was born on December 17, 1936 in Frankfort, KY to Christopher and Hazel Snelling. John is survived by his wife, Geraldine Snelling; brothers Chester Snelling and Kenneth Snelling. He is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Brown.

Viewing will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday January 23, 2020 at Baldwin Brothers 1350 E. Burleigh Blvd. Tavares, FL 32778 with Service to follow at 2:00 pm.  Interment will be held at 10:00 am on Friday January 24, 2020 at Florida National Cemetery 6502 SW 102 ^nd Avenue Bushnell, FL 33513.
