John Robert Stevens, 76 years old, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away peacefully at home with his wife by his side.

John was born in Toronto, Ontario, to John and Esther Szecskas, on September 23, 1947.   John married the love of his life, Dottie, on April 4, 1981, in Homestead, Florida.   They loved and cherished each other for 44 years.

John was a Master Electrician with the I.B.E.W Local 353 working at many organizations throughout Canada and the United States.  John was also a proud member of the Masonic Lodge and a Shriner.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Dottie; his sons, Rob (Sandra), Dave, and Dan (Jenn); and grandchildren, Charlotte, William, Connor, Lily, and Nathan; his sister, Emily (Walter); and many nieces and nephews, as well as, his best friend and fur baby, Harley.
