John J. Stewart, Jr., 64, of Daytona Beach, Florida (previously from Lewistown, PA) went to be with his heavenly father on Saturday, July 24, 2021, with his loving wife, Marybeth Snyder Stewart, by his side.

Born on October 24, 1956, John was the son of Helen (Rowles) Stewart and the late John J. Stewart, Sr.  He was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnn Stewart Taylor.

John proudly served in the US Marine Corps.  He retired from the Pennsylvania State and Mifflin County Department of Corrections where he was loved and highly respected by his coworkers.

John had a passion for Major League Baseball, riding his motorcycle and playing softball.
