Johnny E. Mullins, 82, of 1000 Washington Street, New Smyrna Beach, passed away on January 20, 2022.  Johnny was born May 1, 1939 and graduated from Chisholm High School in 1957.  He received his Bachelors Degree from Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi and was employed by General Electric in Daytona Beach in the Quality Control Department.  He served four years in the U.S. Army Infantry as an Intelligence Specialist and was later employed by Orangeburge, South Carolina, as a Senior Contractor Engineer.  He is preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Farmer and Marian Pearson; two brothers, James E. Mullins and Fred A. Mullins.  He is survived by one brother, Franklin D. Mullins (Jeanette); two sisters, Annie R. Chisolm and Elois M. Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.  Baldwin Brothers New Smyrna Beach has been entrusted.
