Joseph J Boros (1941-2020)

Joseph J Boros, 79 of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Saturday November 7, 2020 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Fla. after a long battle with respiratory issues. Joseph was born in Perth Amboy, NJ and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Better known as "Ice Cream Joe" among his friends and co-workers, Joe left NJ about 30 years ago and loved life in Florida. Joe leaves behind a daughter Sandy DiStasio; Grand-daughters Jessica and Carla DiStasio; sister Ann Weber; nieces, nephews and many good friends especially Tony Cimino who was his best buddy. Daddy… I love you and will miss you! You will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten.

Joseph will be honored and laid to rest at Sarasota National Cemetary located in Sarasota, FL. Ceremony to be followed at a later date.
