Joseph R. Donato, age 87 of The Villages, died on January 26 ^th , 2021. Dick Donato was a Retired Captain in the U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command during the cold war. He was the beloved husband to Mary C. (Mooney) Donato for almost 58 years and a practicing member of St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church of Bellview FL. In addition to his wife Mary, he is survived by his children Cynthia Donato, Steven, his wife Michele, three grandchildren, and his loving extended family members.
