Joseph "Owen" Harrington was born March 1, 1993 in Sanford Florida to Dennis Patrick Rowan of Palm Bay, Florida and Kathaleen A. Harrington of Leesburg, Florida. He passed away August 29, 2017. He was raised in Geneva. He is survived by his maternal grandfather, Jack Carroll, Sr. , sister Amber Harrington of Geneva, his aunts Bonnie Meehan of Colorado Springs, CO and Wendy Lite of Dayton, OH, His aunts and uncles Dan and Tammy Carroll of Avon Park, Angela Carroll Orlando, FL,  Perry Carroll, Deltona, FL Jonathan Carroll, Clermont, FL, Jack Carroll, Jr. of Oak Hill, FL, three nieces Shannon Donofrio, Luna Silverwolf,, Winter Harry, and numerous cousins in Florida, Ohio, and South Carolina. Funeral Services were at Baldwin Brothers on Saturday, September, 9, 2017 from 11 to 1P.M. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for OCtober 1, 2017 from 1 to 4P.M. at his home in Geneva.
