Wally was bron in Waterbury, Connecticut. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He owned and operated a painting company and alos owned Josh's Place in Oak Hill before selling it a few years ago. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 55 years Gloria, daughters Debroah Ann Soucy, Jody Elizabeth Basile, Terri Lynn Soucy, brother Thomas Roland SOucy, eight grandchildrena nd two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Thomas Joseph Soucy. Service schedule is pending.
