Joseph Milton Tibbetts Jr. , 93 of Edgewater, passed away Monday, November 15, 2010.  He was born on June 4, 1917 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Georgene Tibbetts.  Joseph was an avid Bingo player and love going to the movies.  He also enjoyed boad games.  He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Odine and one son, Robert M. Tibbetts.  He is survived by his two daughters, Louise Mendoza of Edgewater and Carol Cribbs and her companion, Ed Mullin of Oak Hill; 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  A Funeral Service in his honor will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 1:00 with Burial to follow.  Family will receive friends from noon until 1:00.
