Joy Ann Misener, 76, formerly of Saginaw, MI, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2023 in Lake Mary, FL surrounded by family. She was born August 9, 1946 in Saginaw, MI to Joseph Faletti and Esther (Trommer) Faletti. She was married to her husband, Fred Misener on September 20, 1969.

Joy is survived by her children: Kristin (George) McAllan of Lake Mary, FL; Keri (John) Wheeler of Marietta, GA; and her five grandchildren; Andrew McAllan, Elizabeth McAllan, Katherine McAllan, Makenna Wheeler and Barrett Wheeler. She is reunited in heaven with her husband, parents, and step mother, Deloris (Butler) Faletti.

Joy was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved the beach, movies, sewing, gardening, and building family traditions that would carry-on for generations.

The family is thankful for the staff at Oakmonte Village at Lake Mary and the tender care of hospice.  A memorial service will be held at a time to be determined at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Saginaw, MI.
