A Celebration of a Life Well Lived

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Maurer Jehrio June 15, 2025, she departed this world at home at the age of 64. A beacon of faith, and unwavering strength, Joyce leaves behind a legacy generosity, and countless cherished memories.

Born on, July 16, 1939, Buffalo, NY Joyce was the embodiment of resilience and grace. Joyce and Joe devoted their 51 years of married life to their church community, and each other. Her beloved husband Joe Jehrio died May 12, 2020

Joyce was cornerstone of Epiphany Catholic Church, Port Orange, Florida known for being active with the Epiphany Choir, The Rosary Group, Welcome Church Retreat, Widow's Meet Up, Woman's Club and Bible Study as well as being a member of the RLCDB. Joyce contributions to all in spirit of unity and kinship.

As an individual of diverse talents and passions, she delighted in different hobbies. She was creative, enjoy decorating her home with every calendar event. Her passion was traveling, boating and going to Cub's baseball games with Joe.   She loved to sing, she was part of Company G singing group that travel to veteran's home and nursing homes throughout Volusia.

As we come together to honor Joyce's remarkable life, we are reminded of the countless ways in which she touched our hearts. Joyce's legacy will endure in the lives of those who loved, the lessons she imparted, and the countless acts of kindness that defined her life.

A celebration of Joyce Jehrio' s life will be held on June25, 2025 at 11:00 am at Epiphany Catholic Church Port Orange, Fl; friends are invited to share Joyce and join us at her "Celebration of Life "afterwards at the Parish Hall

In lieu of flowers , Joyce kindly requests donations to Epiphany Capital Campaign (check memo – capital campaign) keeping with Joyce's generous spirit the future of our Epiphany Catholic Community.

Rest in peace, dear Joyce, knowing that you are loved beyond measure and will be missed profoundly.
