Judy Carroll Harvey-Perez went to be with her Lord and   Savior on Friday, July 19, 2024.  Judy was born in Fort Myers, Florida on December 18, 1947, she was preceded in death by her parents, Louis James Harvey and Ella Katherine Horne, 2 brothers, Roger Eugene Harvey and Roderick Alan Harvey, 1 sister Terri Lynn Harvey and her husband Dr. Maximo G. Perez.  She is survived by her brother Frank (Dianna) Harvey, 4 step-daughters, Susanna (Aaron) Fields, Katrina Perez, Laura Perez and Cassandra (Paul) Teddy, one granddaughter, Cristiana Fields, many nieces and nephews.  Judy worked in medical records at Lee Memorial Hospital for 11 years and 19 years at Orlando Regional.  Judy and Maximo retired and moved from Mt Dora, Florida to Alva, Florida in 2012. Judy was a good friend to many and will be missed by all who had the privilege to know her.  There will be a private graveside ceremony for immediate family only in Fort Denaud.
