In Loving Memory of Julia Theresa "Julie" Daniel
March 4, 1932 – June 11, 2026
Julia Theresa "Julie" Daniel, lovingly known as Julie, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026, at the age of 94. Born on March 4, 1932, in Orlando, Florida, Julie lived a life defined by love, faith, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family.
One of Julie's greatest blessings was her marriage to her beloved husband, Larry Daniel. Together they shared more than 75 years of love, partnership, and cherished memories, building a family that became the center of her life.
Julie found great joy in caring for those she loved. She had a special gift for bringing beauty back to life, whether by rescuing struggling plants and nurturing them until they flourished again or by opening her heart and home to many rescued pets. She believed every living thing deserved love and a second chance.
Her faith in God guided her throughout her life, and she will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Julie was known for her strong will, remarkable organization, generous spirit, and the deep compassion she showed to everyone she met.
Julie is survived by her devoted husband, Larry Daniel; her daughter, Katherine (David) Baxter; her grandchildren, William (Billy) Clark III (Laurie) and Bryan Daniel Clark (Kristi); her great-grandchildren, Austin (Mary) Culp and Dylan (Allysa) Clark; and her great-great-grandchildren, Walker, Lainey, Adeline, Ryder, Jonathon, and Jaxton.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Kenneth Wayne Daniel (1951–1999).
Julie leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, steadfast faith, and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her gentle care, warm smile, and giving heart will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered forever.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to VITAS Healthcare of Mount Dora, Florida, or the Humane Society of Lake County, in honor of Julie's love for people, animals, and compassionate care.
She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and always remembered.
