Karen Sue Beliveau, 76, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Taft, California, to her late parents, Clyde and Eva Dolores "De" Bradley, Karen spent much of her life raising her family in Lakeville, Minnesota, before later living in Kingman, Arizona, and most recently making Florida her home.

Karen shared 58 wonderful years with the love of her life, Stanley Peter Beliveau. Together they built a life centered on food, family, and unconditional love while raising their three sons. She enjoyed a career as a retail pharmacy technician and later as a veterinary technician, where her knowledge, caring nature, and quick wit touched the lives of many.

Karen had a lifelong love for animals, especially horses, dogs, and cats. She had a special place in her heart for horses, especially those in need of a little extra love and a place to call home. Over the years, she lovingly cared for several horses that became cherished members of the family.

Karen also had an extraordinary gift in the kitchen. She could turn the simplest ingredients into unforgettable family meals, often adding her own special touch to old family recipes—or creating entirely new ones—that quickly became family favorites. No one ever left her table hungry.

Tiny in stature but mighty in spirit, Karen was brassy, sassy, and a true tomboy. Raising three boys suited her perfectly, and before long she became "Mom" to many of their friends as well. If you came to Karen's home hungry, you left with a full stomach, a full heart, and the feeling that you belonged.

Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Stanley Peter Beliveau; her sons, Tim Beliveau (Natalie Hansen), Mark Beliveau, and Jeff Beliveau (Anna); her grandson, Dylan Beliveau; her sister, Brenda Alldredge; her sister-in-law, Louise "Lu" Person (Bruce); her nieces and nephews; her best friend Fay Whitehead (Scott) and many extended family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Connie Pierce, and other loved ones who welcomed her home.

Karen's legacy lives on in every family meal shared around the table, every rescued animal given a loving home, and every memory filled with laughter. She will be deeply loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
