On March 11, 2019 Karen Tester-Lucas went to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness.  Karen is a native of Johnson City, TN.  She relocated to Florida in 1986 and has lived in the Daytona area for 16 years.  Karen worked as an LPN for over 35 years caring for patients in all stages of need.  Karen prided herself on being a professional and caring nurse to all she encountered. Karen was an avid reader and animal lover.

Karen is survived by her life partner and best friend, Mike Lucas.  Karen also has one daughter Paula Arrowood, and two grandsons William J. Arrowood and Brandon Paul Arrowood of Tennessee.  She is proceeded in death by her brother "Charlie" Truman, sister Tammy Umbarger and has one sibling, Debra Truman still living.  Karen has a very large extended family that will greatly miss her.

A memorial service will be conducted on March 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM.  The service will be held at Baldwin Brothers located at 1 North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL  32169.
