Karen L. Tisdall Owen of Ormond Beach, FL, formerly of Westbury and Smithtown, NY and Schaumburg, IL, passed away peacefully after a long-fought illness on July 16, 2022, lovingly surrounded by her family. She spent many years operating her own floral and decor business and is survived by her adoring husband of 40 years, George A.F. Owen, her sons Brian (Nicole) of NB, Canada, and Christopher (Theresa) of Brooklyn, NY, her grandchildren Geneviève, Logan and Dylan, her sister-in-law Judy (Carl) Meyer of Long Island, NY along with siblings and nieces/nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother Robert McComb and his wife Janet.

She will be fondly remembered as devoted, caring, and selfless by everyone who was fortunate to have known her.

A special thanks to the staff of Halifax Health Hospitals and Hospice for their care and compassion. According to her wishes, there is to be no memorial service. The family asks that all who wish to, take a private moment to remember her.
