Obituary

Kathleen Marie Daddato beloved mother, grandmother, wife and friend passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025 at the age of 79. She was born on January 22, 1946 in Racine, Wisconsin to James and Catherine McMahon. Kathleen was a proud graduate of Divine Savior Holy Angels School. On July 24,1965 Kathleen married Jerome Daddato at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI. After moving to Saukville Wisconsin Kathleen raised three daughters, spending a majority of her working career was as an inspector at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee. In retirement Kathleen enjoyed warmer weather as resident of Alva, Florida. She loved being a volunteer puppy raiser with the Southeastern Guide Dogs Inc. who train and fully donate guide dogs to veterans. In retirement Kathleen also supported our military community as a Committee Chair for the 3rd Infantry Division as well as filling many other roles when asked. Kathleen was a creative and talented woman who was always giving others handmade treasures and was especially known for her beautiful wedding quilts. She enjoyed donating items to well deserving groups such as baby blankets for soldiers families, church organizations and hospitals. As a dedicated member of St. Vincent de Paul Church Ft Myers, Kathleen served many roles working in the office and as usher on Sundays.

Kathleen is survived by her husband Jerome, three daughters, Michelle Poole (Thomas), Deanna Schone (Chris), and Toni Westland (Kevin Lowry), eight grandchildren Dalton Poole, Cole Poole (Rylee Feldten, and first great grandson), Nick Schone (fiancé Allison Brunett), Collin Schone, Madeline Wagner, Owen Wagner, Sophia Westland and Audrina Westland. A celebration of Kathleen's life and mass to be held at later date.
