Kathleen Ann
Fagan
Oct 31, 1956 — Aug 17, 2026
Titusville
Kathleen “Kathy” Ann Fagan, 69, of Titusville, Florida, passed away leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, adventure, and more than a few spirited opinions.
Born in Pennsylvania, Kathy dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She graduated as a nurse in 1979 and went on to work as a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years. Nursing was more than a career for Kathy—it reflected who she was. She was a caregiver, a problem-solver, and a teacher of life who was always willing to share what she knew, whether you asked for the lesson or not.
Kathy was outspoken, loving, fiercely spirited, and completely herself. She had a way of making her presence known and her opinion understood, but beneath that strong personality was an enormous heart and a deep love for the people in her life. And when opinions differed, Kathy had the perfect solution: “Agree to disagree.” Although, anyone who knew her well probably knew exactly which side of the disagreement she was still on.
Kathy loved spending time with her family and friends, playing games, boating, hiking, and seeking out her next adventure. She even hiked the Appalachian Trail, a fitting accomplishment for someone who was never afraid of a challenge and truly thrived on adventure. Whether she was on the water, on a trail, around a game table, or simply surrounded by the people she loved, Kathy knew how to make life memorable.
Among the great loves of Kathy’s life was her little dachshund, Zoey, who held a very special place in her heart and was undoubtedly convinced she was in charge of the household.
Kathy is survived by her beloved wife, Tina Comrie; her brother, Rick Fagan; her sister, Linda Heller; her stepdaughters, Allison Griffin and Nikki Quick; her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as the many friends and loved ones whose lives were made richer, louder, and certainly more interesting by knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Fagan; her father, Richard Fagan; and her brother, Joey Fagan.
Kathy spent more than four decades caring for others as a nurse, but her greatest legacy cannot be measured in years or job titles. It lives in the lessons she taught, the adventures she shared, the laughter she created, and the people she loved.
Those fortunate enough to have known Kathy will remember a woman who lived with spirit, loved wholeheartedly, spoke her mind, and wasn’t afraid to take the trail less traveled. She taught those around her that life was meant to be lived, explored, laughed through, and occasionally settled with a simple, “Agree to disagree.”
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 5, 2026, where family and friends will gather to remember Kathy and celebrate a life that was truly her own.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy wished for donations to be made to the Humane Society, honoring her lifelong love and compassion for animals.
Kathy will be deeply missed, endlessly remembered, and forever loved. May her adventurous spirit live on in everyone lucky enough to have shared the journey with her.
