Obituary

Kathleen loved to work with plants and flowers.  She enjoyed doing crafts.  She loved animals especially dogs.  She was known for her winsome smile and bright eyes that would light up a room.  She never complained or talked bad about others.  She was a gentle soul that still knew when firmness was called for.  She would often say to her husband, "We are just two peas in a pod".   Though she never bore children of her own she loved her stepchildren as if she had bore them!  In the evening she liked to sit on the porch and listen to music or watch her favorite channel  THE TRAVEL CHANNEL.  She loved her church and was always grateful that God had come into her life in her early forties and changed the  direction of her life and gave her new meaning and purpose.  Over the course of her adult life she had various jobs including  sales, painting, working at Goodwill, but her greatest love was being a homemaker and keeping "the  home fires burning".  Her greatest hope was that all of her loved ones would have a relationship with God and that she would seem them all again in the New Heaven and Earth that is to come when God restores all things to its original purpose.
