Kathleen (Kath-e) (Dionne) Westwood, former longtime Gardner, Massachusetts resident died Monday, August 21, 2023, at her home in The Villages, Florida. She was 74 years old.  Kath-e was born in Framingham, Massachusetts on December 28, 1948, to Joseph and Margaret (Slamin) Dionne. She graduated from Groton High School in 1967. She worked most recently in Fitchburg, Massachusetts as office manager for Siemens Energy.  Kath-e enjoyed a lifelong love of her cats and was an adventurer who was always pursuing new and exciting activities including Scuba diving, Boating, Clogging, Zumba, Travel to Kenya, The British Virgin Islands, Ireland, Iceland, Scotland, Belize, Bonaire, Camping and Square Dancing. She was widely known for her innate ability to make friends and for her charity work, especially cancer fundraisers. She was an avid supporter of The Leominster Boys and Girls Club FIRST Robotics Team Terror Bots.  She is survived by her beloved husband Jerry Westwood and sister Bernadette (Dionne) Roop, Nieces Lyndsey (Roop) Stotik, Kaitlin (Roop) Brinley, their spouses, and children.  Services will be held privately. A Celebration of Life will take place at The Bull Run Restaurant in Shirley, Massachusetts on September 9th from 12:00 – 3:00 PM. Donations to The American Cancer Society in her memory would be appreciated.
