Kathryn Faulhaber Waite 91, A beloved Wife, Mother and Friend passed away peacefully on May 25, 2024 at her Home in St. Petersburg, Florida.

She was born on August 3, 1932 to the late Roland & Carrie Faulhaber in Elyria, Ohio, and raised in Monroeville, Ohio. She moved to Tampa, Florida in 1955, where she started a family and raised two daughters. Kathy was preceded in death by her brothers and sister in law's, Rolland Faulhaber (Edith) and Earl Faulhaber (Fran).

She is survived by her husband of 39 years Jerry Waite, daughters and son-in-law's, Debbie Frankland (Tom) and Robyn D'Agresta (David) and one Grandson David Kyle D'Agresta , and several nieces and nephews. Kathy was an avid college and pro football fan. She loved her Ohio State Buckeyes. Christmas was her favorite holiday. For many years, Kathy and her husband Jerry hosted Christmas Eve gatherings for family & friends. Everyone enjoyed her cooking and watching the lighted boat parade from their backyard deck.

Kathy and her family were so blessed and filled with gratitude for the love and support of her caregivers, Tammie, Theresa, Lori, and Brittany and of course Empath Suncoast Hospice "Silver Team".
