Kathy Sue Dutton, 66, was called home to God suddenly on December 10, 2020. She was born on November 9, 1954 in Dublin, GA. She spent her life in New Smyrna Beach, FL, where she started her family and built her business. She enjoyed a lifelong career as a hair stylist and owned Generations Hair Salon in New Smyrna Beach for more than 25 years.

Her smile lit up a room and she was always so 'giving' to her clients, neighbors and friends. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and crafting.

Kathy was the heartbeat of her family and loved them fiercely. She was most at peace when spending time with them. She was the epitome of the very best 'Nana' to her grandchildren who all share wonderful memories of their time spent together. Her idea of a perfect day was cooking for her family and enjoying time together, especially during the holidays.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Mae Harmon and brother Larry L. Horne. She is survived by her husband of 13 years Jim Dutton, her children David Leon Robinson (Gentry) and Beth Ann Cline (Belinda); five grandchildren, Chandler Cory (McKaleigh), Colin Denauro, Payton Robinson, Eric Cline and Stephanie Cline; and two great-grandchildren Wesley Cory and Sophia Abbit; and sisters Robbie N. Simmons (John), Dolly D. Maddox (James) and brothers Alva Len Horne and Bobby A. Horne.
