Kathy Jean (Zink) Martin went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2026, following a brief illness.  In her final days, she was surrounded by a steady stream of family and friends, a true reflection of how deeply she was loved and cherished by those who knew her.  

Kathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 30 years, Reuben S. Martin.  She leaves behind her daughter, Kimberly Munn and Kelly Seng, her stepdaughters, Jami Wenrich, Lori Sheaffer, Kali Kunkle, and Kesha Garcia, nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild, and siblings, Pauline Miles, Jay Melvin Zink, Esther Boeckel, Doris Atwater, Ethel Weidman, Arlene Johnston, and David Zink.  

Kathy was deeply devoted to her faith and found comfort and strength in her relationship with the Lord.  She enjoyed Creative Memories scrapbooking, Young Living Oils, and walking the beach.  Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Kathy's life at Fellowship Of Believers in Sarasota on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 11:00 am.
