Ken Millard was born in Memphis, TN to George Owen and Blenda Millard. Mr. Millard is survived by his loving wife, Sparky; daughters, Sherry Awsumb of Winter Springs, FL and Patricia Jester of Eads, TN; sons, Randall Millard of Pensacola, FL and Brian Millard of Winter Park, FL; 8 grandchiIdren and 5 great-grandchiIdren. Ken was a veteran of WWII Army Air Corps; had a long and successful career in advertising beginning in New York at J Walter Thompson, then Adams Agency representing Delta Airlines in Atlanta, GA and finally, Schering-Plough as advertising director in Memphis, TN. Ken and Sparky retired to Edgewater, FL in 1975. Ken will be remembered lovingly by his family for his guidance, love and Viking spirit.
