Kenneth Terry Finkbiner, 86, widower of Jean Anne Finkbiner, passed away peacefully in New Smyrna Beach, FL on Friday, June 30, 2023. Born in Kimberton PA, he was the son of George and Alice (Dieter) Finkbiner.

As a young man Ken loved playing baseball, and spending time in the woods, creeks and mountains with his father, brother and cousins. He also loved Ocean City, N.J. fishing on his boat, playing golf, chasing after his 7th hole in one, and Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies. Ken spent much of his adult life working in the transportation industry and away from work, if he wasn't fishing or playing golf, you could find him umpiring baseball games or refereeing soccer games.

In his later years Ken wed his partner of over twenty years, Patti West, who lovingly cared for him right up through his final days.

Ken is survived by a son Jeff, a daughter Leah, four grandchildren Ashley, Katelyn, Jacob and Jace, seven great grandchildren, a sister Carol Kirby, and many nieces and nephews. Ken was predeceased by his brother, George Jr in 2020. Later in life Ken enjoyed the times when he was reunited with two daughters Kathie and Kendie from his first marriage.

Ken will always be remembered as a fun loving and generous son, brother, husband, father, and uncle.
