Mr. Kenneth Gale King, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, passed away at his home on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the age of 79.

Kenneth was born to parents John D. King and Cynthia Olivia King on December 26, 1939 in Tampa, FL. He grew up as the eldest of four children and attended Turkey Creek High School. On April 11, 1969,he married, Sarah Jo Stokes of Dover, FL. He took a position as a Tampa, FL Firefighter in 1968, where he served for 20 years and one day. He was also the owner and principle operator of AAA Mildew Control.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sarah Jo King; his daughters, Penny Cooke (Angelo) and Cyndee Pence (Ed); his sons Kenneth King Jr (Brenda) , Allen King(Joy), Gregory King (Kim), eight grandchildren (David, Shala, Kyle, Jarrod, Tyler, Mitchell (Alex), Morgan, and Nick) , five great-grandchildren (Kyle Jr, Skyler, Jarrod Jr, Chris and Corey); his brother Ernest Simpson (Brenda) and his former wife, Norma Vickers. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Cynthia; Step-Father Raymond Simpson,  his sisters Carol Chaudry (Rafiq) and Betty Eady(Ray).

The celebration of life for Kenneth will be held at the First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee, FL on Friday October 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. The family is grateful for the condolences, but would prefer donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of receiving flowers.
