Kenneth Stephen Sushil died on May 6, 2025, at Gulf Coast Hospital.    He was born on February 5, 1964, to Kenneth Joseph Sushil and Janet (Reynolds) Sushil in Limestone, Maine.  The family returned to Fort Myers in 1966.

Kenneth graduated from North Fort Myers High School in 1982.   He graduated from Edison Community College as a licensed Respiratory Therapist.

He enjoyed sports, especially baseball, fishing, jet skiing, reading, movies and was a great cook. He and his father were runners and participated in several Seven Mile Bridge and City of Palms River Runs and the Inaugural Skyway Bridge 10K Run.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Christy, his father, Kenneth and his grandparents, Gerald and Agnes (Molter) Sushil and John A.  Reynolds and Jessie (Smith) Reynolds and numerous aunts and uncles.  He is survived by his mother, Janet, his brothers, Andrew, Scott (Linda) and Tim (Kim), daughter, Savannah, his uncle, John Reynolds (Luisa) and aunt, Kathy Meyer (Richard), and many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Columbkille Catholic Parish, 12171 Iona Road on July 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.; with burial in the Memorial Garden and a reception in the Parish Hall.
