Kenneth Eugene Whitty, 71, of Edgewater died Tuesday, October 13, 2009 with his loving wife by his side.  Mr. Whitty was born December 10, 1937 in Bronx, NY to Eleanor Weddell and James Whitty.  He worked for many years for Grumann Aerospace as a Tool & Die Maker.  Kenneth married the love of his life, Karin on June 28, 1986.  They moved to Edgewater in 2002 from Long Island and together they enjoyed long walks on the beach. In Kenneth spare time he enjoyed making Coo-Coo clocks, and carving Tiki's.  He also took time to have a nice day out on the boat and a quiet bike ride.  Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Karin of 23 years; son, Richard Whitty and his children; daughter, Eleanor Whitty Kanzler; step-daughter, Tammy Baldwin; step-son, Roger Baldwin and brother, Donald Whitty.
