Kevin Brian Boone, 58, of Belleview, FL passed away May 21, 2019.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, he came to this area in 1973 from Hatfield, PA.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the 1st Battalion, 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment under the command of the 101st Airborne Division in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was also proud to have served in the Florida National Guard. He worked as a technician for Central Florida Fire & Sound.  Kevin enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his wife, Olena; son, Dylan Boone of Ocklawaha; stepdaughters Anastasia of Belleview and Maria of New York; mother, Judith Fegley of New Port Richey, FL; siblings, Deborah Vearrier of New Port Richey, Christopher Boone of New Port Richey, and Darren Boone and wife Nicka of Tennessee; sisters-in-law, Tammy Boone of Ocala and Sondra Boone of Hudson; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas W. Boone, and brother Stephen P. Boone.  A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church (5323 E. CR 462 Wildwood, FL 34785 352-330-0220) on Friday, June 7th at 11:00 AM. Graveside service immediately to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 1:00.
